Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy establishes the terms under which refunds are processed for all reward-based platforms operated by Pd Avenue Marketing Private Limited ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This agreement applies universally to all users ("You" or "Your") engaging with our services across apps and websites.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices. By using our services, you agree to the terms described herein.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Failed Transfers: If an in-app transfer fails to complete successfully, the failed amount will be refunded.

Refunds are not applicable for redeemed gift cards, cashback, vouchers, or other virtual items.

Refund Process and Timeframe

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited back to the user’s account as in-app currency.
  • Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
  • The refund amount will exclude any applicable fees incurred during the transaction.

Non-Third-Party Fulfillment

All transactions and rewards within our platforms are fulfilled directly by the Company. No third-party vendors are involved in these processes.
